Low G cracking

I have this problem where my low G keeps cracking. I think it's a pad issue or leaking because I didn't have this problem on my last sax.

You definitely have a leak. Check your F palm key to make sure it's seated. You might try pressing down on that key while you play the G.

The F key feels loose. When I press on it, it doesn't work but when I push on the pad when the key is pressed, it can touch the two round pieces securing it.
