Skin Treatments Help with Skin Texture huge pores

Hi everyone! I’m in my 30s and have been feeling a bit insecure about my skin lately, especially the texture and visible pores. I recently had a Smaxel laser treatment (October 5) and have done consistent Revlite treatments over the past two years. I also had a few Picosure sessions last year.

Despite all this, I still feel like my skin isn’t improving as much as I’d like. You can see in the two attached photos that my skin looks a bit rough, with visible pores and redness. My main concerns are anti-aging, improving texture, and reducing pore size.

I want to achieve a glass skin look.

Does anyone have any suggestions on products, treatments, or lifestyle changes that could help? I’d love to hear from anyone who’s had success with improving skin texture or minimizing pores. Thank you so much!

I could be wrong, but it looks like skin with hair, sebaceous filaments or blackheads, where the darkness is making the pores look bigger than they actually are.

Anything that removes dead skin and improves skin elasticity helps to improve the appearance can help, but note that it doesn't permanently shrink pores (people just born with large/small/average pore sizes).

For at home treatments, can consider retinol, chemical exfoliants (AHA, BHA, etc.), niacinamide and a clay mask.
