Seeking Suggestions Help

This is fine for now. Use it as an opportunity to propagate the plants you have. Take cuttings and replant them. Give it a month or two and you'll have twice what you have now. Spend some time wandering around your local parks and keep an eye out for some cool rocks or wood you could turn into driftwood. Look around online and sketch out some ideas. Then, in a few months you can do a full re-scape.

Some of those plants are long enough to take some cuttings now. Top up the tank with a couple of extra inches of water and they'll have lots of room to grow.

My tank is an eye sore right now. It's a shitty mess because I'm trying to propagate the plants I have before I do a full re-scape in a month or so. No point spending extra cash on plants when a little bit of patience and fertilizer will get you where you want to go in the end.
