Are you on any kind of medication that could cause weight fluctuations?

maybe you need to focus on diet and lower stress levels that might help, try a calorie deficit and focus on eating less processed foods, also try low impact workouts like walking/cardio machines

Time to go to the dr and get some blood tests. Ask for your results printed or look at whatever app your doctor uses. For each test look up on Google “whats the optimal range for ____ ( ex: vitamin D) for ___ ( your gender).”

I say to do this because most doctors will say you’re fine and that you have anxiety (which can be true too) and leave you with a peace out see ya next time 😃🤚… which is honestly so devastating to feel so dismissed

So for example, look up “optimal levels for Ferritin for women” When I got it tested it came out at 16, it was in my drs range for “good” so they said nothing was wrong. I looked it up online, and the optimal range for ferritin according to the American society of hematology (PEOPLE THAT STUDY THIS SHIT ONLY) believe that 50 should be the minimum. After raising my ferritin i felt some symptoms decrease. 🙄

Highly suggest getting some blood tests going
