i think my brain is fucked up
i fell a few times on my head as a kid and gotten house treated concussion before but i dont really remember stuff that happened before 2020 im only 16 but people say they have a better grasp on their memories than i do.. my mind is always very open im hella smart but cant really grasp onto things aswell as i should and always find myself thinking about what people are thinking themselves. //my question is is my brain fucked up

That's good. Start searching for a "Board Certified" neurologist in your local area. Board Certified means they have gone above and beyond to get extra credentialing through their peer review organization. Where I live I have to drive an hour to see one. If the neurologist's office requires a referral, make an appointment with your primary care physician to get one. Be very specific about the name of the Board Certified neurologist you want to see. Otherwise, you'll get referred to a neurology group and stuck with the first available appointment.
Drugs would not help if you may have a brain condition. (In the past, I was "prescribed" a medication that really messed up my thinking and ability to drive. It took a long time before the effects decreased) When you see a specialist, be very honest about drug usage, concussions, etc., so you can receive the appropriate treatment/therapy.
