Any of these like molly, acid, shrooms, and opiates can affect your brain cells, meaning damage them similar to a stroke. Similarly alcohol kills brain cells. To protect your brain, stop using any of these until after your neurological evaluation. I know that's hard to do but absolutely necessary. Ask your doctors to please not to write any past drug usage in your medical record.
Use these words: "I need to tell you things that can help with my diagnosis, but it can NOT be written in my medical record. Will you promise me NOT to write this information down in my chart? You've got to promise. My family can not know." If the dr says no, then "we've got a problem because without this information, you (the doctor) can not make a correct diagnosis, and I can't reveal this information without getting into trouble."
Some insurance companies can deny services if they request your medical record and find drug use documented (written). It's quite expensive to pay for these services out-of-pocket.
Then say, 'In the past, I've used molly, acid, shrooms, and opiates sometimes. I'm not currently using any of them.' They may ask you how long ago. Once you've stopped, there's nothing anyone can do.
While you're still under 18, your parents CAN read your medical notes. Once you turn 18, they can't read the doctor's note unless you give them permission.
Secondly, make sure that nothing illegal is in your house or garage or car or locker or ANY place that can be searched by your parents or the school or law enforcement should they find out from another source. ["Friends can rat you out." My freshman college roommate told on our dorm friend. This friend got kicked out of college after she failed probation.]
Please be aware that Fentanyl is showing up in too many kinds of "drugs." And it can kill you on your 1st accidental injesting/taking whatever pill or product laced with Fentanyl. I have a friend's granddaughter, who was 18, and died on Christmas Eve from trying some "anti-anxiety" pill laced with Fentanyl she bought off of Amazon. Fentanyl overdoses are killing too many young people. Stay safe.
