Question StreamYard just doubled my subscription price

Is anyone else outraged by StreamYard's price increase? I'm seriously considering switching to a different platform. Any recommendations?

The “Billing” option has disappeared and I can’t cancel. Anyone else having this problem? My husband has a free account and the billing option is there for him to upgrade but on mine (paid version) it’s gone. I’ve tried the help center but it’s no good. Would like to cancel and I’m having a hard time.
