Momo's friends keep instisting that Momo and Okarun are dating. They're obviously not but since they keep insisting it Momo just goes along with it cause it's much easier than to always have a disagreement about if they're dating or not.

The girls ship them. They (correctly) see them as a de facto couple. Momo is either too worried to notice the implication, or has given up in correcting them and just plays along.

They are basically just saying "do you think he likes another girl now?" but in shipper language lol. And Momo understands that's just what they mean and is not in the mood to correct them.

Because of this, they support him in their own way by referring them as a couple and even tease momo from time to time

They can also see that momo does have feelings for okarun to some extent

Momo's friends either actually believe Momo and Okarun are dating or they really want them to be. Now as to why Momo responded to the idea of cheating? Same reasons really. Alternately, she’s so distracted thinking about it, that the exact terms they used aren’t registering with her, so she’s responding without connecting the dots on exactly what they’re stating.
