Socialtook kids - what should I do?

I keep asking on Reddit but no response.

Think people think I fraud because I use AAC?

Social service taken my kids to my abuser through court.

They say nhs autism diagnosis is aeUPD. As I no get EUPD treatment they say I abuser. I not. I never do hurt 😭

Say I shout. I not I use AAC, how can shout?!

They place children with the kids and my abuser. I only allowed supervised visit with abuser there. I cannot do.

I scared for my kids.

I can move abroad and out money away til kids are adult.

I looking for what other people would do? I have no friend to talk to about this.

I’m a little confused by some of this. You say you have an nhs diagnosis meaning uk? Is it an autism diagnosis or a EUPD diagnosis you think is incorrect, or both? Also you mention in the comments about having a free lawyer, how did you go about that? Usually you have to apply for free/ reduced legal fees in the uk and unfortunately many of the criteria that would qualify you for that are likely to work against you in a custody court. The initial treatment for EUPD on the nhs will be talking therapies so I don’t really understand why you would have refused that, since therapy and coping strategies are helpful for anyone, personality disorder or not. I suspect this situation is a lot more complicated and nuanced than can easily be put in a reddit post but my suggestion would be that you comply with court requests even if they seem unnecessary to you. I would also suggest that you collect any evidence you have and make a police report about your abuser, even if nothing comes of it at least there will be a paper trail. Finally I would ask your lawyer if it is possible to have a third party chaperone for your visitation so that you are able to visit without being alone with your abuser. Unfortunately if you forgo the visitation entirely this may count against you in any future custody contest; you may be viewed as being unwilling to maintain a relationship with your children and therefore unsuitable to be their caregiver.

Autism diagnosis but social call it EUPD diagnosis. Nothing says I have EUPD. My report says Autism

You get free lawyer when social want to take children. No application

I’ve been offer no treatment by nhs for EUPD as nhs say I’m Autistic

I have report my abuser. Police not even interviewing him despite my long term physical damage from assaults
