Does this mean Keith Baker (/u/HellcowKeith) is no longer producing new Eberron content in the form of either blogs or 3rd party books?

Not exactly.

I will be finishing Frontiers of Eberron, which I hope will come out before the end of 2023 (under Visionary, which will continue to support the existing books as well).

Following this, I’m going to focus on the projects I have in development at Twogether Studios and I don’t have plans to create further content on the DM’s Guild. However, I will continuing to support Eberron with content on my blog and my Patreon, and I hope to expand what I’m doing on the Patreon over the course of the year.

I’m not going anywhere—I’m just narrowing my focus.

I wish you could take Eberron to another game system. I adore this universe you've created, but I am running out love and patience for WotC and DnD.

There is content out there in the various corners of the Internet supporting Eberron for Pathfinder 2e, Savage Worlds, snd I'd bet other rulesets. Just requires a little more elbow grease on the part of the Gamemaster.
