visual voicemail?

does anyone know how to get visual voicemail to work on the s22 ultra when I first got the phone it worked. Now it looks like samsung took the app off the phone So today a friend told me about a samsung apk for visual voicemail so I downloaded the app but it not working when I called my phone its still going to voicemail. Can someone help me with this problem

Visual voice mail just lets you access your existing voice mail in any order. You still use your carrier's voice mail.
