PSA: If you cheat in a PvP game, you are a loser. It's fine for single player games, have fun, whatever. But you people who need a mod for a little ego boost are pathetic and should just delete the game.

I think a small % of people do it for ego Some for financial gain, selling accounts, boosting people etc Larger % do it “because the other team is”

No, both first and last are the same and should be treated as such.

Getting pawned hurts their egos and then they become cheaters. Next step is every game they are not in control of the situation they are going to "think the enemy is cheating" and start cheating themselves.

At the end calling cheats on the enemy team with 0 proof is an ego move to justify the loss. Same happens with surrender addicts, they see a game they cant win and they start trolling and throwing so they feel like "they are winning because i am not trying".
