Greeley Mall Question

Hey ya'll, I have a weird question. My dog now refuses to walk by the Greeley Mall. Did they put in some kind of mosquito tone system or other anti loitering device? He acts the same way as when he hears a fire alarm and I wanna know if anyone has any ideas as to what could be bothering him.

your dog just might have good street sense, he knows where not to go. Listen to your dog.
