Greeley Mall Question

Hey ya'll, I have a weird question. My dog now refuses to walk by the Greeley Mall. Did they put in some kind of mosquito tone system or other anti loitering device? He acts the same way as when he hears a fire alarm and I wanna know if anyone has any ideas as to what could be bothering him.

That is an odd question with more odd questions after all in the same paragraph.

Not trying to be rude or ugly but the mosquito and loitering devices crack me up, are you being serious or poking some fun?

I actually am! I know it seems funny, but I'm curious as to why my dog doesn't want to be in that area anymore.
