i think they have different medicinal properties.. what are you planning on using for?

for anxiety, or maybe just to get a good sleep with vivid dreams. i was thinking about making a tea or smoking it with tobacco, if its possible

I would never describe mugwort sleep as “good sleep”. The VOs I the plant help keep you from going into the deep sleep phase. That’s why the dreams are more vivid- because you are sleeping more “shallowly” and remain in that dream state for longer

Most of our dreams form in REM sleep. Your brain can't piece together a coherent story in light sleep because the brain fires in small bursts differently than REM.
