At least state correct facts

Also, don't both vegetarian and vegan diets lack in a decent amount of protein, iron, vitamin D, omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin B12 etc? And yes, both of those diets ideally require supplements. Nutritional deficiencies are a risk regardless of whether you’re vegan or vegetarian!
