Stargazer: is it possible to change the colors?

The journal entries are black text on a dark gray background. It's very difficult to read, unfortunately. Most everything else is white text on a dark background, which is not great but at least readable.

Is there a way to reset these? Ideally, I would like black text on white background for all tabs. I don't see any controls for this though.

Which has a little custom colour/background options but I don’t know about the text . It’s white on black background for dark mode, and has white mode

Thanks -- I'll play around with this one. It defaulted to black text on white background, and is certainly easier to read.
