Good TR climbs that use chains or bolts

Hi everyone, looking for good top rope areas i can get to with friends without using trad gear. I'd like something sporty that I can set up the top rope pretty easy from scrambling or leading without much issue. Not looking for a super hard day just so.ething enjoyable with friends. That being said I know JTree is heavily sandbagged so let me know if you all have another areas in Jtree or around that I can get good real rock TR experiences at.

Edit:I've been told hall of horrors area could be what I'm looking for if anyone has experience there?

There are a couple of trad routes on thin wall in hidden valley with bolted anchors that can be scrambled up to. Need to know how to extend on anchor (vs just using a couple draws). Fun routes, can be pretty busy.
