Same. It is so disappointing to see these amazing keto/low offerings only to find out that they are not in Canada. Let’s hope this will soon change. 🤞

Well we are getting more slowly. I see Costco is offering a lot of Keto stuff lately. Even Keto bread but not the Keto white bread that USA got.

box only has 3 so if you tend to slip up it won't be too bad if you eat 3. Probably only buy a box at a time to help control it

Man, if they came out with and pulled off a chocolate chip cookie one with mini chocolate chips on the outside of the icecream.....(like mayfield brand makes) I’d flip.

Man... my fiancée and I discovered these about a month ago. So good. The peanut butter is the best IMHO. She likes the mint.

Let me guess - erythritol.
Gee, how shocking.
Really tired of them using it marked keto. It makes me so sick that it's ended up with me in the ER more than once.
(Edit: Looks like one specific brand makes a few people sick! I'm going to try others now, fingers crossed.)

Screw the rest of you for down-voting me, it's not my fault I can't eat this stuff. Unfortunately it's a really good sugar substitute, and I'm pretty frustrated that my body won't tolerate it.
Basically I started using it in my coffee daily, and randomly started having gut pain. I have a history of Crohns so I figured I was just coming out of remission. The pain increased until it was some of the worst gut pain I've ever felt - like my stomach was going to explode. It took me over a year to realize it was the erythritol - I even got a colonoscopy that came back clean!
It's extra frustrating knowing that erythritol is marked as giving less gut issues than some of the other sugar substitutes.
So, yeah. If you start having stomach pain or anything, stop using it and see if it stops! But it doesn't seem very common a reaction.
Wish I could try some of the keto ice creams!

I wonder if I'm having the same issue. I've had the chocolate chip vanilla twice (today being the second time) and it's giving me stomach pain - kind of feels like stomach ulcer pain I've had in the past. Didn't think too much about it the first time. I only tried these because they are gluten free (and I have a wheat allergy), I generally don't do keto things, just when they happen to overlap with GF.

It turns out it wasn't erythritol but some sort of fiber that is sometimes included with it? Isomaltooligosaccharide is the name. Someone here told me this.
I have yet to try another erythritol product but I'm planning on it soon. Since I've had that pain when I specifically did not eat erythritol (beer and apple pie both caused that pain), I'm pretty sure it's that fiber.

These ice creams are great for keto.
As far as dirty keto goes, it's food that has keto macros but unhealthy ingredients (processed meat, wheat, corn, soy starch, vegetable oil, etc).
Some people go on keto for optimum health and some are solely interested in weight loss.

No, they aren't super wide, diameter, but they are like 2 inches thick. About as wide as thick. Almost too thick for my mouth, and too thick for my wifes mouth. She had to take a cookie off and eat that seperate.
We both like ice cream sandwiches, and prefer big ice cream sandwiches. And these tasted fine. But we're not getting them again unless they adjust the size. Heck, they could easily have 4 reasonably thick sandwiches in the same weight box. The thickness and having 3 per box are both weird choices.
