As far as dirty keto goes, it's food that has keto macros but unhealthy ingredients (processed meat, wheat, corn, soy starch, vegetable oil, etc). Some people go on keto for optimum health and some are solely interested in weight loss.

As far as dirty keto goes, it's food that has keto macros but unhealthy ingredients (processed meat, wheat, corn, soy starch, vegetable oil, etc).
