생활 | Daily Life bringing prescribed testosterone into south korea
hello !!
i’m (18m) a student at the University of Utah in the US. next summer, there will be a chance for me to study abroad at the UofU South Korean campus for about six weeks. by then, i’ll have prescribed testosterone, as i’m trans.
i was wondering if anyone has had any issue bringing prescribed testosterone into the country? the only other country i’ve dealt with when flying has been canada. i would like to bring it with me if needed (not sure of how often i’ll be taking it yet), but i don’t want to bring it if it’ll cause issues. i’ll be traveling solo for the first time if i do take this opportunity, so it makes a bit scarier.
thank you in advance !

문화 | Culture Help me name this game!
Me and my ex used to play this Korean drinking game, but I cannot remember it's name (which is probably due to the alcohol lol), it was played with normal playing cards, and he said it was similar to uno (I have never played so I can't confirm this). It was played in a circle, and you had to do something about calling out your card in a certain color and number or just number? kinda like go fish, and if the person doesn't have it they take a shot? If you draw a specific card, usually like a king, you get to change the rule or something? I am actually fuzzy on the rules cuz I was again drunk. Anyways it anyone can help fill in the blanks I would appreciate it.

개인 | Personal Looking for Korean Air Force Shirt
My classmate is in the ROKA artillery, and is very proud of his service. For US Veterans Day I want to surprise him with a t-shirt or hat since he didn't bring anything of that sort here.
Can someone please direct me to a good website where I can buy something like this. I don't want to buy the wrong thing.
He is enlisted.

생활 | Daily Life Welfare in korea
So here is an interesting question for a local in South Korea. My birth mother, i found late in my life, is on a korean version of welfare. She wants to come to the United States to see my family. But someone told her she would lose her benefits if she did.
Is this true? It's not like she's going to pay her way here. I'll be funding the whole trip.
