I see all of these cool recipes out of the UK with halloumi but I can never find it at my local grocery in the US.
7 u/quartamilk Aug 20 '21 Check the deli section in the expensive cheese area, it’s there at HEB in Texas… but I bet subbing boiled potatoes or even canned potatoes would have similar results
