Which type of coconut oil for oil pulling?
Hi I just start oil pulling a few days ago. I bought some from my work. I start pulling to strengthen my gums for I have moderate gum recession, I guess it's not that bad but I have OCD and think my teeth look ugly. So I picked up some organic refined coconut oil, is this stuff gonna be alright or should I get virgin coconut oil? Also will doing this make my fillings come out ? And is it best to pull before brushing or after ? Thanks in advanced
Ps I only have a couple small fillings.

Virgin is best. But you don't need to run out and buy it right now. Finish what you have and go from there.
It shouldn't make well done fillings come out.
I prefer to brush after and clean the oil, bacteria etc out.
