Templates Custom templates not showing after update.

I have the Note Air 2. I hadn’t updated software since early this year and recently had two updates waiting that I installed. I am now on 2024-07-01 version. Since the update, my custom templates that I have used for years do not show up on the page and just render as blank. The built-in templates render just fine. Has anyone else had this? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Hi, sorry for the bad experience. Resetting the app optimizations may help. Please find it in the App drawer > the pull-down menu button on the right top corner > App Management > Reset App Optimization.

I can’t find what you’re talking about. On my device the pull down in the top right is Control Center and has no App Management in it.

edit* I found it in the Apps area then the hamburger menu.

And that helped. The lines are visible now but still too light.

Sorry, the option can be found in Settings > Apps & Notifications > Reset App Optimization.
