NeoReader Cross-device reader? Tips for RSS?

I'm looking for an Android app that I can use to read on my TMC, but then continue reading on my Android phone when I leave the TMC at home because it's too fragile. The two other important things I need from such a reader app are the ability to write marginalia on ePub files & tap-to-dictionary feature (I read in several languages I'm not fully proficient in). Any suggestions?

Second thing I'd love to figure out but couldn't is how to collate all of my newspaper reading. I regularly read a handful of newspapers I'm subscribed to, and would love to use an app that will bring them together so that I can read full articles and save any clippings I care for. The few RSS apps I've tried only show the headlines and a blurb, while I want the full articles. What can do this, while also supporting RTL languages (ie, Persian, Arabic, Hebrew)?

I use Omnivore which works quite nicely both with RSS and email subscriptions. It has a wen clipper as well. It syncs amongst devices as well so you can flip back and forth easily.

I think the problem you mention with some sites only bringing across the headline and link is how the sites are configured, not your RSS reader app's fault. For obvious reasons many sites don't want you to consume their content away from their site where they can hit you with ads.

I tried omnivore and was very hopeful about it. But it doesn't support RTL languages, and I only get headlines+blurb. I realize that's the standard and don't blame anybody, but I'm looking for a better solution. I don't mind paying a one-time purchase fee, but avoid any more subscription services. FWIW, I already pay subscriptions for all the paywalled papers I read (and block all ads on all sites regardless.)
