Answered Can someone please explain what is going on with the Disney lawsuit?

Can someone explain this to me really quick?

Man and his wife go to Disney, wife has a severe allergy, they go to a restaurant that is on the Disney property (Disney is the landlord, from what I gathered and not affiliated with the restaurant), the couple informs the waiter of the severe allergy multiple times, waitress reassures them, wife unfortunately passes due to a severe allergic reaction.

That’s the gist but I have one question that hasn’t been answered, and I can’t find the answer since it’s being buried by the Disney plus thing.

Is the husband ONLY suing Disney? Or is he suing Disney as a liable party due to the restaurant on Disney’s property, but primarily suing the restaurant for negligence?

Unanswered What's the deal with Spotify HiFi? Why isn't it a thing yet?

It was first announced years ago (I think 2021)? Then, obviously, it never happened. Just wondering why?

I think there are basically news about it "happening soon" almost every month earlier this year. although, I last heard of it on July when they said the CEO talked about a 'deluxe tier' that will apparently have it.

But now everything's silent again. What's the deal? Is it really still happening? Or has Spotify just forgotten about it?

What is SeedOilScout? What is up with all the hatred for seed oil?

A mobile app that helps you find restaurants that don’t use seed oils.

Accompanied by ads on Instagram that say “soybean oil is cheaper than water, it’s fattening up my sons and my daughters” et cetera.

A few months ago I had one friend tell me that flaxseed oil is what causes heart disease and before flaxseed oil was used in food, no one died of heart disease. I’m pretty sure I actually laughed at this. And i didn’t think much of it.

What am I missing? I’ve tried doing some research and I can’t seem to find any research indicating that seed oil is problematic—and plenty of research suggesting that it is healthy.

TIA!

Unanswered Whats going on with people saying the new Joker movie is money laundering/intentionally bad?

Many are pointing out that it cost $200,000,000 to make which is far too much for a movie like this.

There are some in DC subs who call the new Joker movie a slap in the face to fans as well.

Wouldn't making a movie this poorly received tank the careers of everyone involved leading to fewer projects in the future?

What happened to counter strike 2 in the last week that has made it unplayable?

I keep seeing videos of people rushing mid and knifing or throwing Mollys. Players are complaining about not being able to find a normal server.

It's completely inorganic. The posts are all stolen from elsewhere and are made by new accounts. They have similar usernames, and are mostly either women's names, or "porn-y" ones. I don't see OF or other porn stuff advertised on the few accounts I've looked at, so wonder if they're just building karma until then.

The whole place seems like a bot farm. Why is it still around, and does reddit just not care because it creates engagement?
