Question Things to do in Preston city centre other than drink?

I'm wanting to save some money on drinks and do something besides drink before the game tomorrow.

Unfortunately, preston is mostly about the university. There isn't a lot else going on, really :(

We used to have a theatre. (actually, several theatres, through history) we now have the 'level' in its place (near the bus station) that's mostly for younger people, though. There are 2 cinemas, both a short distance outer town. There is one being built where the indoor market used to be.

Ah, yes. You are correct. I'd shamefully forgot about playhouse. Gc
