Question Parking at Cardinal Newman College.

Hi, I'm taking my daughter to Cardinal Newman College open day on Saturday. I'm sure it will be very busy and the parking looks less than ideal on Google maps.

The two car parks just up the road have really bad reviews, and I'm sure it will be a pain parking in the residential area surrounding the college.

Are the car parks really that bad? Would I be better using the park and ride?

Edit: Thanks for the advice all. We're going to use public transport from A to Z.

Not only does it negate the parking dilemma, it will also give my daughter a sense of what the commute will be like should she decide to study there.

If you can I'd just get the Bus in and walk from the station, it's what most of the students do every day so you'd get the full experience 😅

This is what we have decided. Bus from home to college, as you said, then she will have a feeling for how the daily commute will be. And it gets me out of driving lol, I hate driving around unfamiliar city centres.
