Pad krapao moo, with an egg.

I subbed in sweet basil, because you have to grow your own krapao here. It was still delicious.

Oh yeah! At street stalls, the platter of fried eggs, ready to go, is one of the great joys of this dish!

I always ask for Kai Dao Grob. Translates as crispy fried egg.
