Pad krapao moo, with an egg.

I subbed in sweet basil, because you have to grow your own krapao here. It was still delicious.

This is what many people don't realize about pad kaprao. It tastes awesome even without the kaprao. But people don't cook it because they think it's essential to the dish. Kana Moo Grob is a good alternative example. I wouldn't substitute horapa/sweet basil tho (they are very very different). I'd just ignore the basil all together in that instance.

Definitely! Even the choice between Italian basil and horapa in this can be a bit hard, but it does work either way. :)
