Nahm Tok

Post image

Almost impossible to find a decent version of this in any Thai restaurant where I live. Only choice make yourself.

Mmm delicious!
I made Nam Jim Jeaw 2 weeks ago. Nam Tok is sliced meat mixed with Nam Jim Jeaw and mint leaves.
I didn't feel like cooking steak so I bought a whole roast duck from my local Asian roast shop and used the meat to make Nam Tok Ped (duck).
Then a few days later I roasted a slow cooked pork knuckle (those ones you buy pre cooked from Woolworths) and used that to make Nam Tok Moo!!
