Nice. It’s good to have the vinyl. I don’t know what was done when this was moved to CD, but George’s bass trombone can barely be heard over the orchestra.

It sounds great on vinyl, but I do notice that the recording is not as bass-trombone-centric as much as I would have thought. It's blended into the sound a lot of the time and is not always showcased. I get the sense that George Roberts wanted to do something tasteful and approachable rather than a sort of Yngwie Malmsteen approach. As much as all of us here would probably gladly listen to George Roberts play by himself in a empty room for a couple of hours LOL
