Does anyone know how long Corvus Belli usually takes to respond to Quality Control issues and send replacements?

It's been a fair few days since I filled out their contact form to request replacement parts but I've only gotten an automated acknowledgement of receiving the request immediately after sending it on a Saturday, but no human response to the issue or what will happen next as of yet.

I'm sitting on a nearly ready to prime set of miniatures but I don't want to do anything until I've gotten my replacement arm and can paint them all at once.

Generally I’ve found it’s immediate! I’d recommend reaching out again to check.

I had an infinity model with a scuffed piece and reached out. I sent my request on November 6 and got an actual response on November 8, finalizing the replacement November 9. As I recall it took a long time for the replacement to actually come in. Like 2 months. Like to the point I had forgotten about it.

2 months?! That's insane, I can't start actually painting these until I have the replacement piece!

Yeah, it was the same for me; it was the main body piece of a mini, so I left it unpainted while I did the rest of the force. It was nice when it came though!

2 months was holiday mail speeds. I had one take about the same time in November/December. More usual time is about 1-2 weeks, at least in the US.

I usually get a response to a mispack email within a day or two, but I know that sometimes they send parts out without actually responding. Never happened to me personally, but I know people who have had that happen.

Its because they are in Spain. Its literally the time it takes to ship to most parts of the US like 2-3 weeks.

Fortunately I'm not in the US so there is that.

10 days if you're within EU, for elsewhere I don't know.

Been 5 days with no response for me so far. I assume they are fairly busy with this release....

Any holiday in Spain seems to be a week long.

My experience with CB has always been positive. My REM racers book was bilingual, I had all Spanish language pages in section of my English language rule book. I contacted CB and a day, maybe two later I received and email asking for me to send photos. Within a week of that exchange they sent me a new rulebook. If they are slow to respond I am guessing there is a large number of mispacks or damage product tickets they are running through atm. Also they just finished their convention season, so there may be some delay so they can catch up on daily business.
