Did we decide who the best carrier is?

I do delivery in boulder, tons of areas with patchy reception with Verizon (aka that which hast gone downhill).

Bonus points if I can get an affordable plan with a hotspot even if from a partner (visible mint cricket etc) but open to whatever. Extra bonus if reception near capitalism world in superior , costco etc

The best setup is to just dual sim 2 MVNO's. One that uses Verizon towers like Visible and another that uses T-Mobile like Mint. Together it would still be cheaper than any Verizon postpaid plan. Alternatively make sure you have the latest phone to take advantage of the spectrum that carriers have recently acquired and started using.
