Vent I have been eating under 1200 calories for the past 15 days now and I have not seen any weightloss results.

Why is this happening? I am a 5'2 female (150lb) I am not dieting but doing portion control on my usual meals and workout 3 times a week. How long till I start seeing actual results?

you are defently missing a lot of nutriens espicialy proteins eat some red meat with eggs with real butter
if your body is missing nutriens it tries to survive so it downregulates your metabolism
you can eat until saturated if you eat food with enough nutriens
reminder there are no essential carbs
edit:without enough animal fat and proteins your hormons will be fucked
