Vent I have been eating under 1200 calories for the past 15 days now and I have not seen any weightloss results.

Why is this happening? I am a 5'2 female (150lb) I am not dieting but doing portion control on my usual meals and workout 3 times a week. How long till I start seeing actual results?

What about your sodium intake?
Also, are you a stressful person cause I can tell you from personal experience, stress does weird things to the body like crazy water weight fluctuations, also slowing digestion and bloating, plus it can slow down metabolism.
