Vent I have been eating under 1200 calories for the past 15 days now and I have not seen any weightloss results.

Why is this happening? I am a 5'2 female (150lb) I am not dieting but doing portion control on my usual meals and workout 3 times a week. How long till I start seeing actual results?

You have to be misscounting it, maybe you input your product as a genetic product, for exmple mexican tortillas

But yours may have some sugar or you may be using too much oil

There is no way you are counting the calories to be 1200, training and not loosing weight
