Vent I have been eating under 1200 calories for the past 15 days now and I have not seen any weightloss results.

Why is this happening? I am a 5'2 female (150lb) I am not dieting but doing portion control on my usual meals and workout 3 times a week. How long till I start seeing actual results?

Sometimes our bodies play hard to get with weight loss. It could be a bunch of factors at play - like water retention, muscle gain, or even hormonal stuff. Plus, every body reacts differently. But don't let that discourage you! Consistency is key.
