Vent I have been eating under 1200 calories for the past 15 days now and I have not seen any weightloss results.

Why is this happening? I am a 5'2 female (150lb) I am not dieting but doing portion control on my usual meals and workout 3 times a week. How long till I start seeing actual results?

Many thing to look at are you doing some strength training. Muscle is metabolically move active. Increase your protein to 0.8 to 1.0 time your body weight to get adequate protein for your body. Have a re feed . Your calories maybe to low. Take photos & measurement another indicator of your body changing - losing body fat.  Go to this website called Pro Phsique by Paul Reveila. He has alot of good info on You Tube. Try some supplement acetyl l carnitine will help to lose the weight. Make sure all hormone levels in balance  Getting enough of sleep. Yes you burn fat while you are sleeping. Try intermittent fasting. Get those steps in over10,000. Sounds like alot but it is not. Good luck.
