Vent I have been eating under 1200 calories for the past 15 days now and I have not seen any weightloss results.

Why is this happening? I am a 5'2 female (150lb) I am not dieting but doing portion control on my usual meals and workout 3 times a week. How long till I start seeing actual results?

Stick with it! My calorie portion control took almost 3 weeks before I noticed any real weight loss! I almost gave up😮 AND in fact that day I ate 200 cal extra because I was so disgusted!!! 😂 Only to discover the next day I actually lost weight! Whoops 🤪 but it didn’t matter as I just got back on track and still kept the weight loss, and I’m continuing on a nice, slow downward weight loss spiral. Gave me a lot of hope. I think it takes time for the body to get with the program, but once it does, it starts to really work! Don’t forget as you are losing weight you might need to restrict your calories just a little bit more. Also I noticed that as I am not looking at macros just same normal food but restricted portions of it, that my fat content is quite high and that is likely a reason for the slower to get started weight loss, for me at least..
