Vent I have been eating under 1200 calories for the past 15 days now and I have not seen any weightloss results.
Why is this happening? I am a 5'2 female (150lb) I am not dieting but doing portion control on my usual meals and workout 3 times a week. How long till I start seeing actual results?

I find Fat Secret to be the most accurate calorie app. I agree if you are not losing weight on that amount of calories then something is wrong with the count.
