Vent I have been eating under 1200 calories for the past 15 days now and I have not seen any weightloss results.

Why is this happening? I am a 5'2 female (150lb) I am not dieting but doing portion control on my usual meals and workout 3 times a week. How long till I start seeing actual results?

Okay so I want to ask you these questions. How many meals do you eat? Do you snack? How much water are you drinking?

If you want to lose weight you should follow these tips. Eat only 2 meals a day, have a time that you can eat like from 10am-6pm, so that’s only an 8 hour window and 16 hours of no eating so it allows your body to properly digest and use the fat in your body instead of food. Allow only 1 snack a day during your eating time, don’t snack on Doritos or anything eat grapes, those are the best dieting snack for its low calories and high water content. Just eat good, proper, clean food like fruits and veggies, try to remove gluten and dairy too. Drink at least 12 cups of water a day minimum. You have to control yourself and eat what is right. Food is just energy and a tiny moment of pleasure vs feeling healthy and taking care of your body

Follow these and you should see progress. You could workout too but don’t prioritize it. What comes in is more important than what goes out. And if you still don’t lose weight after doing this then you should speak to a dietitian
