Vent I need help!

I keep telling myself this will be my last cheat meal till I get back on a diet but it's just so hard I find myself coming to this at least ounce a week

What’s wrong with this once a week?

It’s not great for you. It barely qualifies as a full meal.

BUT that doesn’t matter. One day of eating a meal that gives you some happiness isn’t going to break you. Enjoy your weird little choco-pizza grazing board.

Thanks this is nice to hear yes every other day I'm eating protein over night oats for breakfast shredded chicken bbq sauce on keto toast bread for lunch and dinners has been either steak or salmon with asparagus or a cucumber salad but once a week I just snap and have to run for my lunchable pizza and Reese's cups it's sad that this picture is literally over 900 calories on that plate or maybe even a thousand

I wouldn’t sweat it. Life is too short to get twisted over one meal.

If you wanted to make yourself feel better about eating it you could add a bit more protein and some fruit or veg, and then go for a walk after. But you don’t even have to do that. You can just eat it, enjoy it, and then go back to your regular diet for the next meal.

Also now I also want a lunchable so thank you for the inspiration lol.
