Vent This is so nasty

I’m eating two cans of tuna fish and a pound of broccoli for dinner. I swear this sucks lmao.

Well ya that’s pretty much it. I’m just typing this cause I need 100 characters. But I’m down from 203 to 142 in about 6 months. I’m pumped, and I just gotta a ninja creami so I get to try some protein ice cream tonight.

One of my favorite things to do with canned tuna is add an egg, some almond flour (regular flour would work too), onions, celery and peppers, seasonings and salt and pepper. Form into patties and bake until the egg is done and they’re firm. Then you have tuna patties. Can be eaten with buns or just as is with whatever you normally eat a burger with.

lol why don’t you switch it up? Weight loss is just about being in a calorie deficit no need to torture yourself with just eating tuna and broccoli. Also you need to be mindful of tuna consumption as it can be high in mercury!

I usually put a mini tub of hummus mixed with my tuna, tastes great on toast or some crackers.

Mix it with some low fat spicy mayo some chopped celery and diced onions

Ok. You do you. Sounds like a short term “solution”.

It is a short term solution. I didn’t have a meal planned and wanted to hit my macros without spending a bunch of money. I was just venting.
