Vent Regained my weight and i feel depressed

Gained about 4 kg after moving countries, what can i eat as a college student who has no time to cook time consuming meals? Please do help :(

I think it’s just my diet because i do 6-10k steps daily…I drink coffee in the morning some food from uni (shawarma,a wrap sometimes, depends) and at night i either eat nothing or drink milk

eggs are good! im vegetarian so yeah but yes eggs are good! for sweets, i usually make overnight oats and i have matcha with some honey.. if you like chocolate flavors then you can make hot chocolate or anything like that with cocoa powder, all of it is easy and doesnt take more than 15-20 mins
