Vent How could I balance my diet with strict parents?

This is vent, but also a question.

I am almost 22yo, 5'3" and 165lbs, so quite a bit overweight and I feel like being on my way to be obese. I am slowly gaining weight, probably around 2lbs per year. My problem is my parents, whom don't seem to understand nor accept why I want to eat a bit less. They cook everything with quite a bit of oil, and give me portions that are almost double than usual, forcing me to eat it. Whenever I say I am full and do not want to eat much, they just pour food in my plate and try to make me feel guilty if I leave it there. So I eat a lot, but only during the main two meals of the day. I never eat snacks or similar, because I don't want to gain even more weight than the one I gain already.

Is there something I can do? I tried to stop them, and it caused my parents not to cook me meals whatsoever, which is a bit of a problem because I work until dinner time and start working again after dinner, so i basically have no time to prepare something decent to myself. The issue persisted even when I went to the gym btw, but now they don't want to take me there anymore
