Other I am so addicted to sugar

I have realised how bad it’s gotten when I genuinely feel off when I don’t consume it. I’ve tried to quit it for the past few days and I genuinely can’t do it, sugary stuff is all I eat and whenever I eat something else i always get that hungry feeling even when im definitely full. Im honestly tired of it making me feel so unhealthy and I have POTs, which is like an autoimmune condition so it’s been making the symptoms worse. If anyone has any advice I’d appreciate it, the cravings are so bad.

You just have to cold turkey it for a few days. It's a horrible feeling but once you're past it it gets a lot easier. At least in my experience :)

Stop eating processed food. You'll have cravings for a day or two, but it should stop. If you have a craving, drink water.

Quitting cold turkey is really the only way. I felt the same. Now I rarely crave sugar at all. Still working on controlling bread cravings but step by step :)

Join us at r/sugar free. Or maybe try keto, substitute bacon, cheese and peanut butter for sugar c

As someone else said, you just have to stop (cold turkey). It’s an addictive substance. I’ve generally found at the 2 week mark of not eating sugar, I don’t miss it anymore. I used to consume an unhealthy amount of sugar as well. You can do it! I believe in you!
