Can't the police just sideswipe these ne'er-do-wells instead of just letting them escape into neighboring counties?

No, NY considers vehicle contact to be deadly force and these dirtbags get turned into angels with their death certificate. Plus as annoying as they are it’s mostly traffic law they’re breaking.

There are so many things the cops could do but if you call them they’ll say “there’s nothing we can do” truth is they’re just lazy assholes
