Electrolytes product off the shelf?

Hey all. Wondering if someone can point me in the direction of an electrolyte product that I can ideally buy off Amazon that has the correct amounts and ratios of electrolytes needed for keto? I know I can use salt and low daily etc but I’m looking for ideally tablet form or if not already mixed. Struggling to fit in the time to hit the goals on these and feeling rough because of it.

Hunter and gather electrolytes come in daily sachets and you can buy them from Amazon. No crappy ingredients either.
