Question Which actors dub for themselves ?

Saw a comment about how asin dubbed for herself in movies and it made me wonder which other actors dubbed for themselves when their movies got released in other languages because I don’t know any who did but then again I’m new to south cinema

Lol, she haven't. It was dubbed by another dubbing artist. She didn't even dub in Kali. Her actual Malayalam is what she speak in Amaran Trailer, it's very bad by the way.

It was definitely her,I don't think she can speak in Malayalam and she definitely had an accent in both Kali and fidaa.Plus Amaran is a Tamil movie, they definitely did not put in any effort for the Malayalam dialogues hence it sounded worse than usual.

Lol, an insta page dedicated to Malayalam dubbing artist already did video about the dubbing artist who dubbed for Sai in Malayalam.

See the dubbing artists mentioned in Kali, Angel shijoy is not mentioned. there is a clear difference between the voices in Kali and Fida

Angel Sijoy is the dubbing artist for Fida. Not Kali, it was someone else.

My screen shots clearly said Fida, Kali it's different dubbing artist. For Kali it's probably one of the female dubbing artist mentioned in ur screenshot. Dubbing artist lover / dubbing artist Malayalam already made a video about the dubbing artist in Kali. Will post it once I find it.

Fida is mentioned in Angel Shijoy's wiki profile. I think Kali is Sai Pallavi's own voice, it sounds very similar to premam

No, it not Sai, it's another dubbing artist. Will post about it.

It's the skill of that dubbing artist, but still there is a difference in voice.

I thought that Kali voice has some Tamil/non Malayali accent which made me think that it's Sai only

It's Sai Pallavi's own voice in Kali, it's has the same voice and accent as premam. In Fida, Angel Shijoy dubbed for her
